- Analyze attribution, affinity, membership, claims, provider, and utilization data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business impacts
- Serve as a primary contact for Markets, Advisors, and business partners for ad hoc inquiries related to attribution, membership, provider alignment, and performance metrics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, including attribution discrepancies, membership inconsistencies, and provider population variances
- Collaborate with business, IT, and data engineering teams to implement new reporting capabilities and improve existing processes
- May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects
- Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs
- Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs
- Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred
- Strong experience with relational databases and advanced SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Experience in healthcare analytics, especially Value-Based Care, Attribution, or Affinity models
- Proficiency in tools such as SAS, Python, R, or similar analytical platforms
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Agile environments, data pipelines, and ETL processes
- Experience in mentoring or leading analysts
