Overview: Job Description Summary: Assesses and evaluates supply chain business operations and leads transformational business practice enhancements resulting in delivering efficiency and value-added business practices to the organization while supporting the organizational initiative of enhancing the patient experience.
Job Description: Essential Functions: Implements consistent processes across the organization, establishes metrics and provides leadership with guidance to monitor. Develops and implements strategies to optimize distribution operations, defining and driving standardization of goods and services across the organization. Serves as the strategic link between internal business units and works collaboratively on various administrative processes. Executes and provides input to the strategic plans and objectives of the function. Collaborates to define key performance indicators to measure success, analyze, and identify areas for improvement. Utilizes reporting, dashboards, and scorecards that enable better decision making. Communicates key risks and issues to management at all levels of the organization and completes risk planning activities to mitigate or eliminate them.
