Job Summary

The Business Consultant – Change Management Communications will support enterprise change initiatives by developing and delivering effective communication and enablement strategies. This role focuses on translating complex technical and IAM-related changes into clear, actionable messaging to drive stakeholder understanding, engagement, and adoption. The position requires strong experience in change management, communications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication and enablement materials including FAQs, stakeholder updates, impact summaries, and go-live support content.
• Create and maintain IAM-related change documentation such as access models, role impacts, and readiness materials.
• Collaborate with change management, training, and communications teams to align messaging and learning strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams to validate impacts and ensure alignment.
• Track communication and engagement deliverables and incorporate feedback to improve outcomes.
• Participate in project and change management sessions to stay aligned on risks, decisions, and impacts.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change readiness across project phases and deployments.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess readiness and support needs.
• Translate technical and IAM-related changes into clear guidance for business and technical audiences.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating technical or change enablement content for enterprise or SaaS implementations.
• Experience identifying change impacts and translating them into communication, training, and engagement strategies.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience working with IAM, security, or access-related concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in project environments.

• Experience supporting IAM platform migrations such as SailPoint.
• Experience developing communication content for security or compliance initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical subject matter experts.
• Experience working in structured project or program environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
