Supporting the end-to-end credit management process, the full-time Business Banking Associate will facilitate credit originations, ensure client satisfaction, and assist in business development while working onsite. Key responsibilities Facilitates credit originations, approvals, documentation, and compliance monitoring Proactively ensures client satisfaction and timely follow-up on loan monitoring activities Supports sales efforts by developing new business and expanding the client base Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in business loan servicing and support University degree preferred Thorough knowledge of the SBA lending process Prior experience working with sales teams Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
