Over time, you will coordinate more closely with licensed agents who manage benefits enrollment, becoming a reliable part of the team workflow.
No degree or insurance background is needed. If you have spent time in retail, restaurants, customer service or any role where you talked to people regularly, those experiences translate directly into the skills this position develops.
