Job Description
- Create all Customer ServiceTraining documentation is ready for go live, works with the CustomerService Manager, Builder Services Manager and Trainer to provide trainingmaterials to the team that will smooth the transition from UMS to UB4.
- Preps this documentation foran internal content delivery site that is accessible and updatable byCustomer Service
- Creates screen documentationfor the Five9 implementation that will follow or run in tandem with theimplementation of UB4.
- Will participate in the userrole certification for UB4 making sure that the environment is ready toserve our customers upon go live.
- Will coordinate evidence forSOX Compliance for the Business ControlsOffice.
