Responsibilities Maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholders Build, refine, and troubleshoot pivot tables and Excel-based analyses to support financial tracking Support budget execution data reviews and help identify discrepancies or reporting errors Assist with Power Platform reporting tools (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows) as needed Respond to routine data requests from program and financial management staff Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and source systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based analysis Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI at minimum) Prior experience supporting an Army or DoD financial management office Familiarity with DoD financial systems (e.g., Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate beyond basic use
