Business AnalystsLocations: Charlotte, NC | Metro Detroit, MIThe Business Analyst should have at least 3-5 years of experience and must have a construction, manufacturing, or utility background.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Effective communication skills;Performing root-cause analysis;Budget management, project finances consolidation and tracking, collaboration with scheduling team, and risk management;Performing continuous process improvement;Facilitation of work-package prioritization;Documenting business requirements and planning of each project;Analyzing critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to project completion and recommend alternative work paths;Interdepartmental, stakeholder, and upper management communication;Dashboard creation and visualization to understand project performance;Business professionals and engineers should also have some experience in forecasting, critical path method schedule management, and risk management. Heavy industrial, construction, and/or utility and manufacturing experience is highly recommended and preferred.
