Business AnalystBusiness Analysts to work under the direction of assigned Project Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of Technology Upgrade Project. Business Analyst is expected to use their skills to facilitate, document, and coordinate with the project team to deliver an upgraded system meeting requirements within the three-year timeframe.Job Responsibilities:Provide deliverables within the project.Is responsible for the clear communication between stakeholders and the project team to document detailed functional and non-functional requirements within the scope of the project.Responsible for ensuring the upgraded system meets business requirements.Facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for detailed requirementsDocumenting business processes and business requirementsAnalyzing business requirements to help define and design solutions to meet the requirementsCreating the requirements traceability matrix to map requirements to test casesDocumenting the use cases and test casesPerforming various methods of testing to ensure a minimal defect systemDocumenting project deliverablesProviding status reports to the Project ManagerAssisting in user training for a train-the-trainer approachEnsuring customer expectations are met with the projectRequired Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related IT fieldsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Business AnalystExtensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)Experience with meeting facilitationExperience with business analysis and requirements documentationExperience in designing quality test processes to identify defectsExperience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects to find defectsStrong communication skills, both verbally and in writingAbility to work independently and cooperatively with project team members and stakeholdersAbility to deliver assignments in the agreed schedule and of effective qualityAccountable to the assigned Project Manager for all phases of the projectPreferred Experience:Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experienceExperience as a BA in J2EE developed software projectsMS-ProjectMS-VisioLoadRunnerEntry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Agile Analysis CertificationCertificate in Business Data AnalyticsCertificate in Cybersecurity Analysis
