Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of objectives. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.
Support project planning, prioritization, and roadmap development. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Mentor and guide junior business analysts and contribute to best practices and standards.Duties to be performed - Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
