Ability to perform root cause analysis and write clear CRs and RCA documentation.Familiarity with interfaces, API integrations, and backend data flows.Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Prior experience in transportation/tolling domain or large-scale modernization programs is a plus.Nice-to-Have:Knowledge of client's Vector platform or similar tolling back-office systems.Exposure to financial compliance standards (GaaP) and citation/violations processing.Understanding of Azure cloud architecture and Oracle environment.
