Strong financial background (credit risk would be a huge plus). Strong on data side. Current team doesn't have a very advanced solution so they want to build a new tool- previously, team has been independent, built reports using spreadsheets, data is in disparate spreadsheets and sql servers but have never worked on implementing a sophisticated dashboard or an it solution, so a system implementation is new.
As we embark on initiating this project, they need a BA who understands credit risk and has implemented solutions for finance in the past so they can speak to the business to understand their requirements to build the reports. Not a lot of handholding available- need a background in risk management and data analysis- business has data in different spreadsheets, want this person to talk to the teams, understand where there data is and understand the sources, and can help with the data mapping. Expect this person to really take charge here.
Sql, powerbi- not building dashboards but have exposure to powerbi to understand the terms and definitions. Going to be an in house solution 4 days a week onsite.
