Mid-Level Business AnalystThe Mid-Level Business Analyst plays a crucial role in leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business requirements across multiple projects and programs. This position involves working closely with various business partners within one or more business units to ensure that technology solutions align with business strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the business area and effectively communicate how IT solutions can enhance business operations.Responsibilities:Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements for multiple projects.Document and coordinate client business requirements to ensure alignment with technology solutions.Collaborate with Project Control team members, business partners, and IT organizations to integrate technology solutions with business strategies.Interface with stakeholders to gather and document functional business requirements for complex business challenges.Analyze current unstructured file server data and develop migration plans and timelines.Execute data migrations to SharePoint, ensuring minimal disruption.Collaborate with IT and business units to facilitate successful migrations.Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues effectively.Document processes and create training materials for end-users.Essential Skills:Proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint Online.Strong understanding of file server structures and unstructured data.Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate and Metalogix.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Required Experience:2-3 years of experience in business analysis.At least 2 years of experience in SharePoint migrations.Proven track record of managing mid-sized migration projects.Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
