Overview

Role: Business Analyst (Financial/ Contact/ Grant Management System Upgrade/ ERP Upgrade) – REMOTE

Base pay range: $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Employment type: Contract

Only w2 candidates - NO C2C or 1099

Duration: 2 years with extension

Core Purpose

Support the NEIS Transformation and Replacement Project, focusing on business process design, requirements gathering, system implementation, and testing within the Strategic Operations Team.

Experience & Background

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with ERP implementation and organizational change management (preferred)
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and business process mapping
• Ability to differentiate true business needs vs. non-critical wants
• Skilled in QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiar with project management methods, tools, and standards

Responsibilities

• Gather, synthesize, and document business requirements
• Collect, map, and analyze business processes and system dependencies
• Support system design and vendor coordination
• Track tasks, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Conduct QA and testing strategies
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with vendors & internal teams
• Document meeting notes and action items
• Support change management communications and develop training resources
