Automation ConsultantEngage customer stakeholders to rapidly identify automation opportunities to drive towards the organization's key business outcomes, leveraging methodologies such as design-thinking.Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to educate on automation technology, in addition to understanding how automation can be applied to the business.Partner with process SMEs to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations.Support the creation of process maps and Process Design Documents (PDDs) to hand off to RPA developer team for automation in-scope processes, and support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment.Based on identified automation opportunities, create detailed RPA roadmaps and backlogs with clear initiative prioritization and execution plans.Identify and quantify business case value for automations with UiPath.Bachelor’s Degree5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with the last 2-3 years working in RPA, UiPath strongly preferredExperience generating Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and working with RPA implementation teamsStrong experience with business process modeling notation (BPMN)We are seeking process-minded individuals with good presentation and communication skillsFluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plusPrevious experience working with the US Federal government in an implementation rolePublic Trust background clearance
