Supporting the TTB program, the full-time remote Business Analyst (TTB) will manage operations and maintenance, production support, and user engagement while translating business needs into actionable requirements within an Agile delivery team. Key responsibilities Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders Support incident analysis and defect resolution while collaborating with technical teams Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution Required qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a High Risk Public Trust designation Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software applications Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams Familiarity with collaboration and requirements management tools such as Jira or Confluence
