We are unable to sponsor at this time.Must-have Skills1-4 years experience as Business AnalystExperience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) PREFERRED: MicroPact's Versa Online and/or Versa Regulation products; Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and VisioRequirementsAvailability to work 100% on the client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience with Testing methodologies and documentation; Experience Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio. These are the primary tools used for documentation (5+ years); Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5+ years); Experience implementing, integrating with, or maintaining MicroPact's Online and/or Regulation products (4+ years); Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team (5+ years); Experience leading meetings and determining work tasks that need to be completed (5+ years); Experience delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet requirements) within the approved budget or other specified criteria (6+ years).ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to the following: Facilitate collecting system requirements with the business program staff; Develop documentation (i.e., diagrams, flow charts, requirements document); Perform needs analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assist project managers in all phases of the projects; Develop test cases and test plans, and conduct testing; Perform testing on system changes to meet defined requirements; Facilitate testing with the business program staff; Facilitate meetings with technical and program staff (i.e., scheduling meetings, document decisions, identify issues and action items);
