Business AnalystLocation: Woodlawn, MDClient: International Consulting Services CompanyDuration: Long Term ContractOverview:Business Analyst needed to join a team of 4-6 ServiceNow Developers and Sr Business Analysts in work streams and releases used on implementation/discovery of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) and to manage the Federal Government Client relationship.Responsibilities:Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to implement an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.Works closely with the ServiceNow Architects, Developers and other BA’s to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are metMay also assist and sometimes test plan development and executionSupports Organizational Change Management (OCM) effortsParticipates in internal development of business process story / requirement gatheringProvides process flow and other system diagrammingRequirements:Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability clearanceRelevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar in CRM (ServiceNOW ideally) OR in the Financial IndustryExperience as a Business Analyst for commercial or government clientsExperience leading the discovery, solicitation, documentation and translation of customer requirementsExcellent writing and communication skillsPreferred:Experience interfacing with Federal Government customers
