The Business Analyst is an integral part of the communicable disease investigation team. This position is responsible for all communication with electronic lab report (ELR) and electronic case report (eCR) data providers, hospitals, laboratories, clinics, the Health Information Exchange (HIE), internal IT staff, and others.
