We are hiring a Business Analyst (Salesforce) for a state government client in Phoenix, AZ. Onsite, local candidates only.
Responsibilities: gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specs, support Salesforce configuration/testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), and work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements: 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst, 2+ years working with Salesforce, experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe, JIRA or Azure DevOps. Salesforce ADM 201 certification preferred.
Details: 6-month contract with possible extension, W2. Submission deadline 8/21.
