Business Analyst (Salesforce & nCino)Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or fintech space. Strong expertise with nCino and Salesforce, including configuration and customization. Understanding of banking processes, including commercial and retail lending, account opening, and workflow automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Salesforce Administrator or nCino certifications (preferred but not required)
