Business AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Business Analyst to support the organization's reporting and data analytics needs. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting frameworks related to key performance indicators (KPIs), assets under management (AUM), and business trends.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports related to KPIs, AUM, AUA, and organizational performance by business unit, product line, advisor, channel, etc.Standardize KPI definitions and reporting structures across business units to enable consistent enterprise level insightsSupport the design and implementation of KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance metricsAnalyze and interpret trends in financial and operational data such as net new assets, revenue and retention metrics to support strategic decision-makingAggregate and reconcile data from multiple internal systems and external data sources (custodians, carriers, clearing firms) to ensure accuracy and consistencyIdentify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data qualityProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to senior leadershipEnsure data integrity and governance standards are upheld across reporting outputsDocument data sources, definitions, and reporting processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analyticsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling)Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferredSolid understanding of financial metrics and KPI frameworksAbility to work with large, complex datasets and synthesize insights clearlyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsCore CompetenciesExcellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadershipStrong collaboration skills across multiple business units and functionsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIntellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunitiesPreferred AttributesExperience working in financial services, asset management, or a data-intensive environmentFamiliarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plusExperience in KPI development and performance measurement frameworksIntegrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
