Working remotely within Utah on a one-year contract, the Business Analyst - Reporting Analytics will drive the architecture and strategy of the reporting ecosystem, proactively identify operational inefficiencies, and shape analytics initiatives that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Autonomously identify and design analytics initiatives to optimize omni-channel contact center operations and enhance customer experience Own the design, implementation, and governance of critical KPIs and executive-level dashboards using Tableau and SQL Lead analytics projects from concept to execution, coordinating across multiple departments without daily oversight Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in business analytics or operations analytics within a multi-site contact center environment Proven ability to operate independently and influence business decisions without direct authority Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and enterprise BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Deep understanding of workforce management dynamics and predictive forecasting models Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
