Doesn't want someone who wants to be wearing multiple hats—this is a dedicated BA.
They should know the measurements of beginning details (money spent, headcount, etc), and then the after (the deliverables, saving, financial saving, compliance risk that got resolved). Need to see a well-written resume—this should shine through because a BA's main role is "writing". Strategic resource operations—help with timelines, resource allocations, etc for the projects.
This team is interfacing HEAVILY with the business. Some Product Owners may be able to do this but still needs to be a dedicated BA. Industry experience is a plus (not required).
