Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system implementations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with process modeling and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
