About the Role:

Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 1+ year contract with potential to hire

Shift: M-F 8-5

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Remote until June, then hybrid 2-3 days/week, transitioning to 5 days/week onsite as the hospital approaches opening

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience supporting a large-scale implementation within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong experience serving as a functional Business Analyst, acting as the liaison between business/operational stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business and functional requirements into actionable project requirements.
• Experience coordinating complex technology implementations, system deployments, or enterprise rollouts from planning through go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across clinical, operational, IT, vendor, and project teams.
• Experience supporting workflow analysis, process documentation, testing/UAT, issue tracking, and implementation readiness.
• Ability to navigate a large, complex organization and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be local to Indianapolis, IN and comfortable with increasing onsite requirements as the hospital approaches opening.

• Previous experience supporting an RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) implementation.
• Experience supporting a new hospital build, hospital activation, or major healthcare construction project.

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support a large healthcare client in Indianapolis, IN. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) technology as part of a new construction initiative. This individual will serve as a key functional liaison between business stakeholders, clinical and operational teams, IT, vendors, and project leadership to help coordinate the successful implementation of the RTLS solution. The Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, understand current and future-state workflows, coordinate implementation activities and dependencies, support testing and UAT, track issues and decisions, and ensure business and technical teams remain aligned throughout the project. This is not a deeply technical RTLS engineering role. The ideal candidate is a strong functional Business Analyst who understands how to coordinate a complex enterprise implementation within a large hospital environment and can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and the business.

Other responsibilities:

• Coordinate RTLS implementation activities across IT, clinical, operational, vendor, and project teams.
• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, functional requirements, and implementation dependencies.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and hospital stakeholders to keep teams aligned.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and go-live activities.
• Track project requirements, decisions, risks, issues, and action items throughout the hospital build and RTLS deployment.

Compensation (contract):

$40hr to $55hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
