Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify, validate, and prioritize business use cases.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand procurement operations, business workflows, and organizational goals.
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, opportunities, and business impacts.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Evaluate AI and agentic workflow opportunities across procurement and media business functions.
- Perform data flow analysis, system integration assessments, and technology landscape reviews.
- Conduct financial impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and KPI definition.
- Create process maps, value stream maps, business requirements, and executive-ready documentation.
- Support backlog refinement and requirements traceability throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with customers, external partners, and project teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within procurement, sourcing, supply chain, media, or enterprise transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, business operations, and financial impact assessment.
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts and their business applications.
- Experience analyzing enterprise systems, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
