Job Responsibilities:

•  Manage projects across multiple clients
• Identify goals and business needs; make recommendations for process or technology improvements
• Gather data, recommend metrics, and organize information to measure improvements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops with curiosity, driving consensus across departments
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations and provide exceptional communication ensuring project deliverables meet client needs.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client’s business requirements for multiple projects.
• Gather and document business processes in support of development & implementation of customer strategy and business plans.
• Deliver executive presentations
• Identify opportunities to generate add-on work
• Support the development of strategic roadmaps
• Distill client objectives and project confidence in client-facing situations
• Collaborate with multiple business partners within one or more business units to align technology solutions with business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or public agency experience
• Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
• Ability xhqgsiq to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills & business acumen
