Supporting a fully remote team, the contract Business Analyst II/QA will gather and document business requirements, create and execute test cases, and manage defects while collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Create and manage user stories in Jira, supporting backlog management and defect tracking Create, document, and execute test cases using qTest while collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams Required qualifications 3-5+ years of application/software testing experience Professional Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication Hands-on experience with Jira and qTest, including user story creation and test case documentation Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in two-week sprint cycles Hands-on testing/QA experience with strong analytical and organizational skills
