The Analyst will help to estimate a budget based on the materials, systems and manpower needed, and establish a timeframe to completion. The Analyst will focus on meeting deadlines, controlling costs and ensuring the solution is properly implemented.Position Responsibilities:Serve as a thought leader and trusted business partner while collaborating with the business functions to define new or enhanced processes and procedures that better utilize our enterprise technology and define future roadmap for applicationsAssists the Help desk and infrastructure teams aligning operational processes that impact customer satisfactionDrive innovation leveraging quick launch / learn techniques.
Leverages the technology innovation center to test and teach new products. Own and deliver the solutions roadmap, leveraging existing solutions and bring best solutions to the environmentAssists in the development of strategic functional / technical roadmap anticipating organizational needs and delivering strategy leveraging existing systems and platformsAssists in the improvement of the functional processes that support the organizational functions through projects and enhancements to toolsEnsure operational excellence and build organizational capabilities through the use of application assessment and design, business process design, user centric design, people development. Develop capabilities of process engineering, user design, and technologyEnsure an ITIL / ITSM approach to incident management and enhancement management providing responsive support to all business functionsContribute to the development of IT strategy, specifically exploiting business knowledge to ensure that IT strategy compliments business strategyLiaison with business for communications regarding IT direction and strategy; Operational issuesExecute and deliver in accordance to audit, risk and governance guidelines.
Ensure continuous controls and governance improvement, including PCI requirements and customer data privacy requirementsPosition Requirements:Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years related experienceCreativity and Innovation thinkingAnalyticalRetail experience preferredExpertise in Enterprise IT operationsExcellent customer service skills
