The Scrum team usually has 7-8 IT resources.Description: We are currently migrating our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) from the Avaya/Cisco software to the Genesys Software. This impacts all call delivery and call routing efforts within the United Healthcare organization. This role is for a Business Analyst/Product Owner to help support these migrations.
Experience in IVR systems are not required but nice to have.
