Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Analyst/Product Manager will support the integration of a third-party cash management platform within a large-scale transaction processing environment, managing product-related activities and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Key responsibilities Lead stand-ups and manage Jira workflows to ensure project execution Document processes and assist with roadmap planning while coordinating across multiple stakeholders Groom backlogs and drive successful delivery of product-related initiatives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager Experience partnering with third-party vendors for integrations Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheets, and various other tools Strong documentation and process-based experience Experience with POS/Retail is a plus
