Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with pricing domain experience to support a strategic pricing transformation initiative. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while managing requirements and user stories within Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and pricing requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Create and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Analyze pricing workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Partner closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience.
- Experience supporting pricing, product management, or financial systems.
- Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.
- Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within Agile and Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Payments, banking, fintech, or financial services experience.
- Experience supporting pricing engines or product catalog solutions.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
