It therefore requires technical understanding in dealing with various interface technologies including PL/SQL batch, Java Batch, and real-time Web Services.State and local government would be a plus. It also requires very strong communication skill as they will be working directly with our client's business analysts (who are non-technical) to analyze business needs and recommend the technical approach to achieve those needs.** U.S.
