Business Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Merrimack, NH.Responsibilities:* Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects* Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions* Proactively identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design* Defines test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities through test case set-up, data mining, data mocking, and test execution* Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements* Collaborates on the development, execution, and transition of interim needs* Performs root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations* Performs data/client validations and remediations for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects* Crafts training and reference materials for participant services* Participates in Procedure Improvement Initiatives* Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associatesRequirements* Proven understanding of Fidelity's end-to-end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired* In-depth understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment* Strong organizational, time management, facilitation, and prioritization skills* Strong critical thinking skills* Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process* Demonstrates strong communication skills (written and verbal)* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications* Ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues* Ability to develop, follow, and execute documented procedures* Experience in Agile preferred, but not requiredJob TypeContractCompensation20 - $25
