The selected Business Analyst will support complex Medicaid and healthcare technology initiatives by analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams to deliver effective technical solutionsAnalyze current business operations, workflows, and identify process improvement opportunitiesGather, elicit, document, and validate business requirements and functional specificationsTranslate high-level business requirements into detailed technical documentation and use casesAssist with business process redesign, workflow analysis, and implementation strategiesDocument business rules, process flows, data relationships, and technical requirementsParticipate in requirements management activities including change control, traceability, and status reportingProvide guidance and clarification to development, QA, and technical teamsIdentify risks, issues, and recommend potential solutions proactivelyWork closely with vendors, stakeholders, federal/state agencies, and internal project teamsResearch business rules, policies, and healthcare regulations related to Medicaid systemsMaintain project documentation, requirements repositories, and process modelsSupport project meetings, stakeholder communications, and implementation activitiesRequired Skills & Experience:5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst on Government IT projects5+ Years of experience eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business rules and processes3+ Years of Medicaid or Healthcare industry experienceStrong understanding of business modeling and process flow techniquesExperience with graphical process flow tools and documentation standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiencyExperience gathering requirements through stakeholder interviews, policy reviews, and regulatory analysisPreferred Skills:Medicaid or healthcare insurance subject matter expertiseMMIS project or operations experienceMicrosoft Project / Project Server experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Healthcare, or related field.SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
