Business AnalystThis role supports Business Analysis activities for the Data Warehouse Replatform Project, part of the Common App Program. The Business Analyst will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to support data integration, application analysis, and requirements documentation.Key responsibilities include:Review existing applications and code base to understand functionality and processesPerform data profiling, data quality checks, querying, cleanup, and data mappingDevelop interface requirements and technical specificationsCreate test scenarios, test plans, and test scriptsDefine, document, and manage detailed functional and technical requirements including storyboards, wireframes, and use casesGather, analyze, and document business processesFacilitate meetings and document outcomesEngage stakeholders across all organizational levelsDevelop application support plans, RACI matrices, and support handover documentationSupport Agile and DevOps-based delivery frameworksRequired skills and qualifications include:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software implementations or deployments5–10 years of relevant IT Business Analysis experienceStrong programming knowledge (Java, C++/C)Oracle database experienceAdvanced Excel skills (including macros)Extensive experience in data profiling and analysis, data querying and cleanup, data integration projects, and developing detailed functional and technical requirementsStrong understanding of technical concepts and terminologyExperience gathering and documenting data requirementsExperience working in Agile environmentsDevOps experience (Azure DevOps preferred)Familiarity with automated testing toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication skills across technical and business teamsAbility to work in fast-paced, collaborative environmentsEducation & certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)5–10 years of Business Analysis experience in IT projects (cloud computing and data integration preferred)Programming experience requiredPreferred certifications: IIBA ECBA, IIBA CCBA, IIBA CBAP, IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), IQBBA CFLBA, IREB CPRE, PMI-PBACertifications in Agile, DevOps, Programming Languages, or Data Management are a plus.
