Business Analyst for Majesco Modules Role– Remote (travel as needed to client location - IL)The Business Analyst will be responsible for:Working with customers to define configuration requirements, and developing an overall configuration approach for the clientProducing requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis and directed requirements approach to lead the customer needs definitionCreate and review the functional requirements and gap documents by means of process flows and diagramsConfiguring the products and business process rules to solve customer business challengesProvide inputs to Product management team to share customer configuration concepts and further develop our base product featuresReview end to end test strategy and cases for customer scenariosTrain end users on implemented business functionalitiesManage end to end business requirement sessions including running the workshopsHas had end to end ownership for business deliverables on a projectCoordinate inter-dependencies and resolve issuesSkills / Attributes Required:Proven expertise of Business Analysis SkillsStrong Communication skillsDomain knowledge of India/Asia Pacific/North America/UK Property & Casualty (P&C) on Policy Administration systems/Billing/ClaimsEstimationReviewing end to end test strategy and cases for customer scenariosReadiness to travel frequently to conduct customer meetings for the gathering the requirements
