Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy replacement systems and workflow development projects
• Customer‑centric: Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Detail‑oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and excellence.
• Ability to work closely with multiple subject‑matter experts.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated; highly driven to produce results.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, presentation, writing, and information‑gathering skills.
• Ability to facilitate JAD sessions and one‑on‑one meetings with users, work independently on strategic issues with stakeholders, effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexity, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Ability to define test scenarios and conditions, create test plans, and facilitate testing according to plan in support of UAT.
• Experience working in pension administrations.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration.
