Business Analyst Lead - Payments

Business Senior AnalystThe Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Responsibilities:Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end usersExtensive work on projects involving Payment Processing, Liquidity Management, Data Warehousing and core Cash Management of large MNC clientsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on industry standards like ISO20022, SWIFT etc.Proficient in gathering the business requirements and converting those into technical & functional solutionsDeep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, FedNow, SEPA Interac etc), regional payment practices and emerging solutionsSolid understanding of trends in payment industry such as Mobile Banking, Digital Wallets, TokenizationSuccessfully completed projects involving digital transformation and migration of legacy payment systemsDefine & document User Stories, ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epicProvide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teamsWork with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day to day execution of initiative via a scrum teamQualifications:5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysisDemonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniquesProven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skillsConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationBachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's/MBA from premier institute preferred
