Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst. This role serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, focusing on requirements elicitation, process modeling, and strategic planning for public-facing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communications and bridge the gap between technical teams and project stakeholders.
Develop strategy and requirements for enhancements and technology updates for public-facing applications.
Participate in operational activities and various work requests to support overall project needs.
Guide stakeholders through project constraints and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. xhqgsiq
Required Qualifications
7+ years in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation, including process modeling
5+ years developing and managing user stories in Agile development projects
2+ years working with senior management to facilitate strategy, roadmaps, and consensus-building.
2+ years developing and implementing IT solutions for public use.
