Business Analyst - ITSM TrainingClient is recruiting a Business Analyst to work with the IT operations groups in a multi-national corporation to document and create ITSM training materials to improve and standardize processes across the teams. The person in this role will work with multiple teams and will need to have the ability to work independently but also be pro-active to request information from the groups to fill in knowledge gaps as the documentation comes together.Responsibilities:Develop ITSM related Training CurriculumLearn & Understand Enable Now for hosting training contentPlan & Conduct Training Sessions on the contentRecord & Edit Training Sessions for use by the larger organizationExperience:Experience putting together and training ITSM based curriculumStrong Process engineering applying proven methodologyAbility to gather & document Requirements with minimal supervisionStrong Facilitator of meetings & workshopsResilient follow-up demeanor confirming assumptions, decisions, risks & issuesProject Management approach to work assignmentsWorking knowledge of JiraHighly proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal & written communications skillsProven Team Player working with experience in both IT Operations and IT TrainingWorking knowledge of ManageEngine Help Desk softwareWorking knowledge of SAP Enable Now for authoring training contentAdobe Creative Cloud for graphics is a plus
