Business Analyst - IT IV

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst - IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 3 months

Pay Rate: Starting form $68 per hour

Location: Remote

Location Type: Remote

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities

• Define API requirements and integration specifications
• Document data flows and mappings (source,transformation, target)
• Translate business pricing rules into technical requirements
• Work closely with pricing, analytics, and engineering teams
• Write detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT, release planning, and production validation

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• 10+ years of Technical Business Analyst in system integration or API programs
• Experience defining API requirements, contracts, and data flows
• Strong skills in data mapping (source,transformation,target)
• Ability to translate business rules into clear technical specifications
• Experience writing detailed functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience in banking, mortgages, or pricing/rate systems
• Familiarity with segmentation models or analytics-driven use cases
• Experience working with data teams (analytics, data science)
• Exposure to API design standards (REST conventions, versioning)
• Experience Supporting UAT and production rollout
