Business Analyst - Integrations DomainFinance Duration: 6+ months Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite in Plano, Texas DFW area locals only. No CPT, H1B, OPT or H4 EAD.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for client integration projectLead discovery sessions to define workflows, data exchanges, event triggers, and business rulesWrite and maintain detailed functional specifications, including revision history, throughout the development lifecycle using input from business stakeholders, partners, engineering, and QA teamDevelop and present meaningful project updates, reporting, and dashboards that provide transparency and actionable insights for clients and executive leadershipDefine system functionality, including workflows, impacts to existing applications, and user navigationDesign user interface mockups, visual models, charts, and workflow diagrams to support requirementsFacilitate clarification and resolution of functional specification questions throughout the delivery processEnsure functional specifications are accurate, complete, and clearly documentedPresent functional specifications to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedbackTranslate client needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and specificationsGather business requirements from appropriate stakeholders when formal documentation is not providedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar roleStrong analytical skills; strong attention to detailStrong verbal and excellent written communication skillsAbility to deliver clear and concise project updates, status reporting, and dashboards to clients and executive stakeholdersStrong project management and time management skillsAbility to solve problems across domains (business, functional, technical, and operational)Demonstrated ability to create and maintain large sets of documentationExperience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, or similar), including understanding payloads, authentication, error handling, and status codeExperience supporting system integrations, workflow-driven platforms, or data exchange projects
