This Business Analyst will partner with internal subject matter experts, external customers, internal Sales and Marketing and network within Life Sciences community to maintain and improve function of ALSMS and Tableau for SRS business at Azenta.What You'll Do:Provide Commercial, Technical, and Training of custom interface, including creation of compliance documents as needed during stakeholder analysis and work with stakeholders to define needsDocument requirements, and support stakeholder organizations in writing and executing of test scriptsProvide technical support for the development and implementation of trainingAct as a leader as needed to mentor and transfer knowledge to Sample Repository Services teamProvide project management to ensure project stays on schedule and within defined scopeDevelop and document reporting requirementsCreation of dashboards for internal use and distributionGenerate custom reports Investigate system bugs Support continuous process improvement through ideas, analytics, content creation, etc.What You Will Bring:Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experiencePrior BioBank or Laboratory operations experience is highly preferredKnowledge and experience with ALSMS and Lifes Science inventory databasesKnowledge of the end-to-end workflow for BioBank and Lab ServicesAbility to map a process and knowledge of value stream mapping.Experience with Snowflake preferredProgramming experience preferredAptitude to convert user input into clear requirements.Ability to translate technical information into competent training and compliance documents and stakeholder/customer requirement documentation for both internal and external customersExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate between the product development team and the Biobank teamsDemonstrable track record of analyzing issues with a focus on problem solving looking through many lensesExceptional customer focus, strong troubleshooting, problem solving skills, practical "can do" attitude and desire to delight customers with great solutionsPhysical Requirements:Extended periods of standing or sittingSitting, Reaching, lifting, bending, pulling, and additional motion/mobility requirements as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Right- and left-hand finger dexterityAbility to discern colors or use of color correction glassesAbility to work with refrigerants (e.g., dry ice and LNs) using proper PPEYour Working Conditions:Employee will be working in an area with potentially infectious materialsEmployee will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and enforce and follow Universal Precautions for bloodborne pathogens when working in an area considered to be potentially contaminatedJoin us and help enable life?changing discoveries by keeping critical life science systems running reliably—every day.#IND123*This position is currently not eligible for any employment sponsorship.*Azenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
