SharePoint Migration SpecialistWe are currently seeking a motivated and customer oriented SharePoint Migration Specialist to join our team to work on the SharePoint 2010 to O365 SharePoint Online migration program. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft SharePoint solutions and exhibit strong technical aptitude as well as project management, documentation and communication skills.Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions.Design and implement Office 365 and related technologies including but not limited to SharePoint, Flow and PowerAppServe as the technical analyst and subject matter expert on SharePoint migration issues with accountability for the outcome of those projects and issuesAssist in guiding and training end-usersMust be able to lead technical meetings and discussionsMust be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentExcellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situationsPosition Requirements:Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online sites requiredDirect experience migrating from SharePoint 2010 on-premise to O365 SharePoint onlineKnowledge and experience implementing business solutions in SharePoint OnlineStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analysis, organizational and project management skillsStrong troubleshooting skillsExperience with large scale migrations to Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint a plusExperience with and/or deep understanding of Microsoft collaboration & productivity stack including Office 365 SharePoint online, Flow and PowerApp
