Business AnalystWe need a talented Business Analyst to fill a critical opening in our PSS (Passenger Service System) SHARES team. We are working to completely transform and modernize our PSS over the next several years, which will result in an industry leading platform. Join us on a team that will work with a broad scope of dedicated individuals and influence decisions about the PSS of the future.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology partnersWork collaboratively with product owners, business partners, end users, architects, developers, eQE, scrum masters, and other analystsAnalyze, gather, and document business processes and requirementsDocument scope and conduct business analysis for pivotal initiativesAnalyze efficiencies and effectiveness of current solutionsAssist in planning and design of solutions via requirements gatheringCreate workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sourcesPrepare project documentationIdentify problems and issues, and find solutionsSelf-motivated – if you don’t know the answer, you’ll reach out and find somebody who doesThrive in a hybrid waterfall-agile software delivery environmentBreak epics down into user stories, and author user stories and acceptance criteriaProvide Agile team with context needed to understand broad scope of projectsMultitask and concurrently work on more than one projectQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Aviation, or related field or equivalent experience2-5 years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or trainingWorking experience in airport or airline operationsExperience in Agile methodology, including writing of user stories and acceptance criteriaExperience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)Effective written and verbal communicationExhibit creativity and innovationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionPreferred ExperienceGeneral knowledge of airline PSS systems, functionality, and industry standardsMonthly or quarterly travel may be required.Required Skills: DevOps, Business Analysis, Azure, JIRAAdditional Skills: Azure Engineer, Agile Coach, Web / GUI Designer, Business AnalystThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
