Job TitleKey responsibilities include:Coordinating with multiple Detla divisions and the third-party vendor to address system related issues related to performance, bugs, and related trouble-shootingActively participating in weekly vendor support callsPartnering with operational safety leaders to assess and maintain system functionality and relevancyLiaising with IT regarding system interfaces (HR and User feeds, Crew feeds, flight information, logbooks, AWS/EDW issues, etc)Providing timely responses to internal support requests including: User role and/or permission modifications, role auto-assignment definitions and rules, user activation/deactivationWorkflow trouble-shooting, Configuration management (i.e. email templates, site drop down lists, taxonomy)System performance or bug support issuesEffectively communicating system deficiencies and requirements to the third-party vendorReporting and managing manually-assigned roles for employees, partners and vendors, including periodically auditing roles and users to ensure compliance with internal security requirementsParticipating in user testing on new releases as requiredProactively communicating with the Manager, SMS & ASAP on all system-related issuesPracticing safety conscious behaviors in all aspects of operational processes and proceduresJob Qualifications:A strong background/experience with: Computer systems administration, Database usage and administration, Manipulating large data sets, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, Troubleshooting and problem solving technical/systems issuesThe ability to understand complex systems and workflows + Good verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills (ability to navigate and work through many 'unknowns')Good project management skillsCuriosity, desire to learn, spirit of 'continuous improvement''Customer Support' attitude: Ability to work with ongoing, daily 'customer' issues and requests, Ability to prioritize customer response above other job duties – same-day response to requests, Ability to occasionally work at late-night or weekend hoursSelf-starter/self-directed capabilitiesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
