Cybersecurity & Digital Risk AnalystWork with different areas of Cybersecurity & Digital Risk (CDR) to determine data sources for analytics and metrics system. Drive the identification of requirements across Digital Technology (DT) and CDR business units. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levelsPrimary Responsibilities:Create requirements documents to be shared with the technology team for implementation plansPerform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems developmentDetermine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usabilityPartner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., DT and CDR) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teamsEvaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of weekly status reports to all appropriate partiesAuthor and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentationConduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problemsDevelop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.Qualifications:Technical Degree or related work experienceProven experience in an analytics and systems development capacityProven analytical abilitiesPractical experience generating process documentation and reportsExcellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsPast experience working with Cybersecurity metrics and analysis a plus, but not a requirementKnowledge of ITIL Foundations.
