I'm actively recruiting a new Business Analyst position for a utilities company based in Chicago that provides equipment and services for electric power transmission.
It is a hybrid position (2 days a week in-office) and it is a full time direct hire opportunity.
This role will lead the optimization of HR and payroll operations across our North American manufacturing facilities. The ideal person will have experience across ADP Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll systems
Ideally you will have experience with:
- ADP Workforce Management
- Supporting payroll compliance, audits and reporting
- Design, implementation and optimization of system integrations
- Lead integration between ADP and other systems
